Instructions
Step 1
Take a bowl, add all the dry ingredients flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix them well and keep them aside.
Step 2
• Taking another mixing bowl for wet ingredients for that add butter and sugar and whisk them with the hand mixer until it gets a creamy texture.
Step 3
• Then add tahini, vanilla extract, and egg, mix them all until all combine well to make sure to scrape the sides in between.
Step 4
• Now it's time to add the dry ingredients in wet ingredients and fold them well until all combine well.
Step 5
• Fold the chocolate chips and place them in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
Step 6
• After 3 hours take one scoop of dough and place it on the baking sheet and bake the cookies in preheated oven at 350 F for at least 9-10 minutes.
Step 7
• Once the cookies are done, take them out and sprinkle some sea salt and keep them on the cooling rack to cool down completely
