Instructions

Step 1
Season pork and cook on both sides until browned
Step 2
Saute mushrooms, spring onion and garlic
Step 3
When mushrooms are soft add flour, broth and wine. Cook until sauce thickens

Return pork to pan and cook until pork is done
Step 5
Stir in orange juice and season
Step 6
Combine zest and parsley
Step 7
Put polenta in plate, top with pork, mushroom sauce and parsley mixture
