Step 1
Slice onion into thin circles
Step 2
Spray pan and cook onions on medium heat until golden brown

Season the beef with salt, pepper, mustard and mix

Add the raw beef to each tortilla, evenly spread

Remove the onions and add the smash tacos to the same pan, beef side down

Once beef is browned, flip over tortilla side down and add 1 slice of low calorie cheddar cheese on top

Cover pan to melt cheese

Mix yogurt, ketchup, vinegar, relish, and mustard for a low calorie inn n out sauce

Add 2 onion slices to each smash burger, and drizzle with the sauce
