Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook for about 7-10 minutes.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Remove from heat
Step 3
Mix beef, salt, pepper, chiz whiz, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, eggs, breadcrumbs and cooked mix of onions, bell peppers, and garlic.
Step 4
Place half of mixture down, place the solid piece of provolone in the middle, top with remaining mixture. Seal the edges well and shape loaf as desired in the baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for about 50-60 minutes
Step 6
Spread sliced provolone over the top and broil for about 2-4 minutes to melt
