Instructions

Step 1
Cook the onion and garlic gently in butter while you chop the broccoli stalk & stems, and chop potato in small chunks.
Step 2
Cook the potato, broccoli stems and stalk in water, add half the broccoli florets until tender.
Step 3
Add the cooked veg to the onion with water, season well. Blend.
Step 4
Add the cheese and remaining florets, and continue cooking until the florets are tender.
Step 5
Garnish with grated cheese and chopped chives.
