Step 1
Whip Cream with Vanilla & Sugar.
Step 2
Break 2 rows of chocolate off & put aside for shavings.
Step 3
Melt Chocolate & Evapotated Milk, stirring well. When combined, remove from heat.

While mixture is warm, dip finger biscuits in for 6 seconds, then turn over and do the same on the other side. Shake & then place in dish.
Step 5
In Dish lay a layer of fingers of dipped finger biscuits. Add a good layer of cream on top, continue with a second layer finishing with cream & use the extra chocolate to grate over cream.
Step 6
Must leave for 24hrs, place a pinch of bi-carb in cream to keep it fresh.
