Instructions

Step 1
Chop your onion into thin slices. Heat up 2 teaspoons of cooking oil into a pan on a medium heat. Place the chopped onions onto the hot pan and cook until golden.

Once golden brown, add 2 teaspoons of plain flour onto the pan and cook out.
Step 3
Add 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce onto the pan.
Step 4
Slowly add 300ml of beef stock ( or beef juices) and stir till your preferred consistency.
Step 5
Serve in a gravy jug and enjoy.
