Step 1
Rub roast with italian dressing and put in a crockpot. Pour beer in a crockpot around the meat. Add peppers to taste in beer (do not pour in juice).
Step 2
Cook 8 to 10 hours; the longer you cook the meat the more tender meat will be. Shred with a fork. Serve with remainder of pepperoncini
Step 3
Put sliced cheese on italian roll and add shredded meat
