1. Preheat the Oven Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. 2. Mix Wet Ingredients In a stand mixer, combine: 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 1 cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract Mix until smooth. 3. Add Eggs Add 2 large eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. 4. Add Flour Gradually mix in 1/2 cup all-purpose flour until just combined. Avoid overmixing. 5. Optional Add-ins Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips or nuts if desired. 6. Bake Pour the batter into the prepared dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. 7. Cool and Serve Allow the brownies to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving
