Instructions

Step 1
Soak the raisins in the wine for 15 minutes. It helps to heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Step 2
Combine with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 3
Form into balls & fry in hot oil to brown.
Step 4
Drain on paper towels & finish cooking in tomato sauce.
