Step 1
Use a microplane to grate teh cucumber and the radishes into a medium bowl.
Step 2
Add the creme fraiche and the dill mix.

Patties

Step 3
Form 4 patties, season both sides with salt and pepper, and cook your burgers.

Build your burger

Step 4
Put some lettuce and a burger on the bottom roll, some of that delicious radish-cucumber mixture, top bun.
Step 5
Add the garnish.
