Instructions
Step 1
Coat chicken breast or thigh in Nandos peri peri sauce or sauce of your choice and let marinate for 2 hours
Step 2
Cook chicken in air fryer or oven for 30 mins and wrap in foil to keep juice in.
Step 3
5 minutes prior to taking chicken out unwrap and put back in oven to crisp. Put halloumi back in with chicken until slightly crispy.
Step 4
Grill your roll to crisp up slightly. When toasted add your, garlic butter and put back under the grill for 1 minute. Once done, add perinaise and lettuce to the roll
Step 5
Add chicken to burger and halloumi on top and your delicious chicken Nandos burger is complete.
