Instructions
Step 1
In a medium skillet over medium heat add 2 tbsp of olive oil
Step 2
Add chicken and season salt and cook for 2 minutes
Step 3
In a small bowl whisk together honey, Sriracha, 3 cloves of garlic, and broth
Step 4
Add to skillet and turn heat up to medium high, cooking until chicken is glazed. About 5 minutes
Step 5
In a food processor add feta, milk, lemon juice, last garlic clove, and oregano
Step 6
Pulse until combined and then add in other 2 tbsp of olive oil. Pulse until combined again
Step 7
Dice all veggies
Step 8
In a medium bowl combine the bell pepper, onion, cucumber, tomatoes, and vinegar
Step 9
Season with salt and pepper
Step 10
Char Naan or pita on stove and then assemble
