softened

1 cuplight mayo

1 x 12.5 ozcan chicken breast

1can diced green chilies
small, drained

6 slicesjalapenos
minced

½ cupred onion
chopped

1 cupshredded pepper jack cheese

1 cupshredded cheddar cheese

½ cupParmesan cheese
grated, shredded

1 tspground cumin

1 TBSPdried cilantro
or 2 TBSP chopped fresh

1can sliced black olives

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 275* (don't use higher temperature as cheese will break down)
Step 2
Mix cream cheese and mayo together until blended
Step 3
Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Place in baking dish and cover with foil.
Step 5
Bake for 45 minutes. Uncover.
Step 6
Bake another hour until lightly browned on top
