Instructions
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, use a whisk to mix together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

Preheat oven to 350
Step 3
In a different large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the butter and sugar together.
Step 4
Beat in egg and vanilla
Step 5
Beat in canned pumpkin. Mixture will look like somewhat curdled.
Step 6
Beat in dry ingredients form other bowl slowly.
Step 7
If the batter seems dry - add water and mix in - roughly 1-2 tbsp.
Step 8
Mix in chocolate chips.
Step 9
Put muffin liners in muffin tin
Step 10
Pour batter into muffin liners
Step 11
Bake for 20ish minutes
