Instructions
Step 1
Check that the apricots have the stones removed then add all of the ingredients to a food processor and process on high for 1 minute .
coconut100 grams
dried apricots100 grams
fresh orange juice45ml
vanilla paste1 tsp
Step 2
Let the processor rest for a minute then process on high again until the mixture clumps together . If the mixture is slightly dry add a little more orange juice .
Step 3
Form small balls of whatever size you like the. store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to ten days . Enjoy !
