Instructions

Step 1
Mix 2 grated garlic cloves, chives, parsley, yoghurt fennel, paprika, salt and chili.
Step 2
Add the meat and the pepper. Mix with hands, roll into plum-siced balls. Put on a baking tray.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in the casserole dish. Add a few meatballs at a time, brown them all over. Place on a plate or serving platter.
Step 4
Add the shallot, and the other garlic sliced. Season, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the tomatoes and season. Cook until they burst and caramelise. Add the vinegar and scrape the bottom of the dish. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until brothy.
Step 6
Put the meatballs back in. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Step 7
Take of f the heat, garnish with mint, chilli, fennel, olive oil and cheese.
