For the topping
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl mix flour, sugar, salt and yeast then add egg and vanilla and mix
Step 2
Add milk and mix
Step 3
Add butter and knead the dough for about 10 minutes
Step 4
Leave to rise 2 hours
Step 5
Once risen roll out and spread filling (could swap lotus spread for Nutella or cinnamon and sugar) roll up into a sausage and cut into rounds
Step 6
Place the rolls into a tin and pour some cream into the bottom
Step 7
Bake for 15 minutes at 180
Step 8
Whilst baking mix together all the ingredients for the icing then spread onto slightly cooled rolls
