Step 1
◦ Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

◦ Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.

◦ Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden brown (3-4 minutes both sides)

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Make the Parmesan Crust:In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and melted butter. Set aside.

Add the Topping: Remove the chicken from the oven and spread a layer of ranch (or Caesar) dressing over each chicken breast. Top with shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

◦ Sprinkle the Parmesan-panko mixture over the top of the cheese.

5. Broil for a Crispy Crust: Switch your oven to the broil setting

Place the skillet back in the oven and broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the topping is golden & bubbly.
