Step 1
Preheat oven to 200⁰C
Step 2
Melt butter in microwave.
Step 3
Mash bananas in a large bowl, then add all ingredients and mix together.
Step 4
Grease large muffin tins with butter or spray with oil.
Fill muffin tins almost to the top. (I use Texas size muffin tins for these)
Step 5
Bake at 200 celcius for 25-35 mins.
Cooked when a skewer comes out clean.
