Espresso Creamiccino CREAMi (NC300)
A bold and creamy frozen coffee drink made with the Ninja CREAMi (NC300) (not the Deluxe, which has a setting for these drinks). Perfect for coffee lovers craving a rich, indulgent treat. This recipe includes options for using espresso, instant coffee, or cold brew to fit your preference!
Reduce coffee and increase milk if this is too strong.
This may be a little icy, but it is delightful on a hot day!

Instructions
For espresso:
Step 1
Brew 6 shots (180ml) and stir in the sweetened condensed milk or syrup, vanilla extract, and optional spices while still warm.
For instant coffee:
Step 2
Dissolve 2–3 tsp of instant coffee in 3/4 cup (180 ml) hot water, then stir in the sweetened condensed milk or syrup, vanilla extract, and optional spices.
For cold brew:
Step 3
Use 3/4 cup (180 ml) cold brew coffee and mix it with the sweetened condensed milk or syrup, vanilla extract, and optional spices.
Make the base
Step 4
Add milk or creamer: Mix in the milk or creamer of your choice. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Step 5
Freeze: Pour the mixture into a Ninja CREAMi pint, ensuring it stays below the MAX FILL line. Secure the lid and let the mixture cool to room temperature (if using hot coffee) before freezing. Freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.
Step 6
Process the base: Remove the pint from the freezer and unlock the lid. Process the frozen base using the "Lite Ice Cream" program. If the texture is crumbly, process a second time on Lite.
Make Creamiccino:
Step 7
Prepare for the Milkshake setting: Scoop out 2–3 spoonfuls of the processed base into a cup. This leaves enough room in the pint for additional liquid and prevents overflow.
Step 8
Blend to milkshake consistency: Add milk, creamer, or coffee (espresso, instant, or cold brew) to reach the Max fill line. Run the "Milkshake" program to blend it to a silky, drinkable texture.
Step 9
Serve: Pour the milkshake into a glass or shaker. If desired, add the reserved scoops back into the drink or serve them on the side. Garnish with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, or a sprinkle of cinnamon for an extra touch.
