Instructions

Step 1
Warm olive oil in a pan
Step 2
Add onion and garlic and gently heat until soft
Step 3
Add spices and parsnip into the pan and mix well
Step 4
Add chicken stock stir and gently boil until parsnips are soft. Approx 15 to 20 mins. Then remove from heat.
Step 5
Allow to cool for approx to mins, then blend with a stick blender
Step 6
Add milk to required consistency
Step 7
Gently heat again then serve
