Instructions
Step 1
Cook wontons in a large saucepan of boiling water for 10 minutes, adding noodles in the last 3 minutes of cooking or until or wontons are cooked and noodles are tender.
Step 2
Drain.
Step 3
Divide noodles and wontons among bowls.
Step 4
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Step 5
Add garlic, ginger and star anise, then cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until fragrant.
Step 6
Add stock and soy, then bring to the boil.
Step 7
Add broccoli and cook for 1 minute or until just tender.
Step 8
Remove and discard star anise.
Step 9
Ladle broth mixture over noodles and wontons.
Step 10
Serve topped with onion and chilli.
