Instructions

Step 1
Puree onion, Carrot and Parsley together with a drizzle of olive oil to moisten in food processor.

Step 2
Add in all spices and baking powder and process.

Step 3
Take out of food processor and massage/mix into ground Lamb with hands.
Step 4
Mold into kofta shape and place on skewers.

Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
