Instructions
Step 1
Cold Foam
-3/4 oz whipping cream
-1 oz soy milk
-2 pumps of Ube syrup
-1 smidgen of Ube paste
-Start the machine!
Step 2
Hot
-10 oz soy milk
-5 grams matcha
-3 pumps of vanilla syrup
-steam to 140 degrees
-pour into cup
-top with cold foam
Step 3
Iced
-10 oz of soy milk
-5 grams of matcha
-3 pumps of vanilla syrup
-whisk until no clumps remain
-pour into cup, make sure to leave 2 inches for cold foam!
-top with cold foam and make sure to use a sipping lid!
