Instructions
Step 1
200g of sourdough discard
Step 2
275g of warm water
Step 3
15g of instant yeast
Step 4
4g of sugar
Step 5
500g of flour
Step 6
Mix together discard, water, yeast, and sugar. Let rest for about 10 mins.
Step 7
Add flour and salt, mix together.
Step 8
Let rest for 30mins then mix, work the dough in to a smooth ball. Score with razor for design let rise until doubled in size bake.
Step 9
Bake in preheated Dutch oven at 425 for 20 mins with lid on, remove lid and bake for another 15-20 mins. And that's it!
