Instructions
Step 1
Warm water to around 100f
Step 2
Add honey and yeast to water and stir to dissolve
Step 3
Mix salt into flour
Step 4
Mix all ingredients well until no dry flour remains
Step 5
Cover and let rise to double, can take 45 minutes or longer
Step 6
Stretch and fold dough by pulling one side as high as possible without tearing it and fold over the top, turn 90 degrees and repeat 3 more times.
Step 7
Repeat steps 5 and 6
Step 8
Shape your dough into a boule or loaf
Step 9
Preheat a Dutch oven to 475f
Step 10
Score the loaf and place into the hot Dutch oven and bake for 30 minutes
Step 11
Remove the Dutch oven lid and turn the heat down to 450 and bake until dark brown or inside reaches 200f
Step 12
Let cool for at least one hour before cutting
