Step 1
Add warm water to mixing bowl. Sprinkle yeast & sugar

mix w/ fork & let stand 3minutes. While resting prepare pan wl Silicone mat or baking paper

Then add salt & optional olive oil
Step 4
Mix in flour w/dough whisk or hook, one cup at a time, until the dough no linger sticks to the bowl. Mix additional 3min. Then let dough rest 15 minutes.
Step 5
Divide in 2 & shape on baking sheet, rest 10minutes & preheat oven. 425 °F Cut slits with sharp knife & bake 20 minutes. then brush with eggwash if desired & bake 5 more minutes Rest until cool & Enjoy!
