QUICK No Knead Bread

This recipe is for a very quick no knead bread that you can bake in your Dutch oven. With a rise time of just two hours this bread can be made same day and is absolutely delicious. Thin, crispy crust and a tender center.

Instructions

Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix together until a very shaggy dough forms
Step 2
Cover your bowl and put in a warm place to proof for two hours
Step 3
Place the Dutch oven in your oven and begin preheating to 450°
Step 4
Pour your dough onto a lightly floured piece of parchment paper and fold all of the edges into the middle, flip it over, and then let it rest on your parchment paper, forming a very loose dough ball.
Step 5
Dust the top of your dough, fairly heavily with flour, and then cut the top of the dough in an X shape
Step 6
Place the dough (still on your parchment paper) into the Dutch oven and put the lid on it
Step 7
Bake the bread for 45 minutes covered, and then for an additional five minutes uncovered.
Step 8
Let the bread cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
