Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius and line a tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Toss chicken with half the oil and fajita seasoning
Step 3
Place onion and capsicum on the tray and drizzle with remaining oil and fajita seasoning. Toss to combine
Step 4
Add chicken to the tray and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until
chicken is cooked through.
Step 5
Serve 1 wrap with 10 gms of cheese, half the fajita mixture and 15 gms
of yoghurt. Store leftovers in the fridge.
