Instructions
Step 1
Chop and mix carrots with fennel, oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Bake for 20 min at 220C
Step 2
Boil potatoes and parsley root together for 15 min
Step 3
Heat up the butter and fry the sea bass for 3-4 minutes on skin side, 2 min on meat size
Step 4
Mash the potatoes and parsley root.
Step 5
Swrve bass with potatoes, veggies, sprinkled with capers. Garnish with parsley
