1 x 28 ozcan diced tomatoes
4eggs
hard boiled, chopped
2onions

2 cupbreadcrumbs
2 CupRomano cheese
cut into small chunks

Instructions
Bread the meat:
Step 1
Roll meat in oil and breadcrumbs before filling. Set aside.
Make the filling:
Step 2
Mix together tomatoes, egg, onion, cheese, and Parsley. Then, add a few handfuls of breadcrumbs a little at a time. If it's too saucy, it will ooze out when you roll them up.
Assemble the Spiedinis:
Step 3
Create an assembly line of breaded meat strips, salami (if using), filling, bay leaves, onion quarters, and skewers. Place a heaping teaspoon of filling on top of breaded meat strips (add a salami slice, if using, before filling), being careful not to put too much.
Step 4
Put on skewers with onion and bay leaves. Grill or bake at 425. If baking, cover the pan with foil and bake 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes or so until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
