Instructions
Step 1
Season the beef mince with salt and pepper and roll into balls (approx 1 tbs for each).
Step 2
Cook meatballs in non stick fry pan over for 3-5 mins until brown all over.
Step 3
Pour the passata over the meatballs, add herbs/spices and simmer for 5 mins. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Slice the roll in half and add the meatballs, sauce and cheese to one side. Place under the grill for 2-3 mins until the cheese has melted.
Step 5
Spread the ranch/mayo over the other side of the roll, add any salad and enjoy!
