Instructions

Step 1
Cut the zucchini in slices and grilled them until they are almost crispy. When the zucchini are almost ready poor a bit of soy sauce on them. The cooking time depends on how thick the zucchini's slices are. Remove the zucchini from the grill and keep aside.

Slice the chicken breast in thin slices. Make them as thin as you can. Ease them down on the grill until they are almost crispy. Remove the chicken from the grill and keep aside.

Put some mayo in a bowl and add a bit of lemon juice and oil. Chop the chives and add it to the mayo, too. Mix for a minute.

Cut the bread in half and ease down some salad and sliced tomatoes on it.

Add the chicken breast and spread some mayo on it. Add the zucchini on top of the chicken.

Add some other veggies on top and close your sandwich before warming it up for few minutes.
