Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Carve off the top 1 1/2 inches of the pumpkin. Scoop out the seeds and stringy pulp.
Step 2
Shred all the cheese and mix together
Step 3
Cut steak into bite size peices and begin cooking to your liking, adding whatever seasoning you like (we did kinders woodfire garlic seasoning and Lawrys seasoned salt)
Step 4
Cover bottom of pumpkin loosely with tin foil
Step 5
Add in 1 can of hatch green chilies at bottom of pumpkin then add in medium portion of shredded cheese.
Add in 1 can of hatch green chilies at bottom of pumpkin then add in medium portion of shredded cheese.
Step 6
Sprinkle in lawrys seasoned salt (or salt and pepper), along with chosen steak seasoning on top of cheese
Step 7
Heat up aprox one can of evaporated milk and add to pumpkin in portions along with cheese (also able to add cold and heat entirety in oven if feeling lazy)
Step 8
Put lid of pumpkin back on and place into oven in increments of 5-8 minutes stirring consistently and adding more cheese and evaporated milk until completely melted
Step 9
(Optional) once first batch of steak cubes is done cooking, add steak juices into pumpkin for added flavor and pairing with the steak
Step 10
