Instructions
Preparing Turkey Cutlet
Step 1
Season cutlet on both sides, with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In large skillet, heat oil. Saute onions.
Step 3
Saute turkey in same skillet saute turkey cutlets stirring occasionally, TURNING THE CUTLETS ONLY ONCE. About 5 -7 minutes on each side. Transfer to platter.
Preparing Cranberry sauce
Step 4
In same sillet, combine the cranberry juice, brown sugar, vinegar, peppercorns & thyme. Bring to a boil.
Step 5
Stir in the cranberries, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 6
While cranberries are simmering, prepare Cornstarch slurry.
Step 7
Stir in the slurry and bring to a boil.
Step 8
Cook & stirring constantly, untl thickened. About 1 minute.
Step 9
Spoon cranberry sauce over the turkey.
