Instructions
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Step 2
Add the cottage cheese to the bowl.
Step 3
Mix together until the eggs are scrambled.
Step 4
Spray a pan with avocado oil and set your burner to low.
Step 5
Add the mixture to the pan, stirring frequently.
Step 6
Toast the bread.
Step 7
Once the eggs are to your desired consistency, remove from heat, add to plate, and top with pepper. Add toast to plate.
