Instructions
Step 1
Blend cheese until smooth

Step 2
Mix cottage with flour, baking powder and salt

Step 3
Knead the dough with your hands
Step 4
Add some flour on table and knead the dough on table
Step 5
Divide the dough into 4 pieces and shape them as bagels
Step 6
Place the bagels on a baking tray parchment paper
Step 7
Brush bagels with egg and sprinkled with sesame seeds and poppy seeds
Step 8
Bake for approx 30mins at 180c
Step 9
Let the bagels cool before cutting
