Step 1
For the pesto combine all but basil and olive oil in cuisinart and pulse. Then add basil. Then drizzle oil while pulsing.
Step 2
Spirals zucchini and boils for 3 minutes
Step 3
Oil, salt and pepper chicken, brown one side and flip in cast iron pan. Put in oven until done.
Step 4
Assemble!
