Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Prepare the Buns Split the burger buns in half to create 8 mini pizza bases. If you want a crispier base, lightly brush the cut side with olive oil and toast them in the oven for 3-5 minutes before adding toppings.
Step 3
Add Sauce and Seasonings Spread 1-2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each bun half. Sprinkle a small pinch of garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
Step 4
Top with Cheese and Toppings Evenly distribute shredded mozzarella over the sauce. Add pepperoni slices or other toppings of your choice.

Bake the Mini Pizzas Place the buns on the baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. If you want a golden brown top, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.
Step 6
Serve and Enjoy Remove from the oven and let cool for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil or extra red pepper flakes if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
