Ingredients

4italian sausages
casings removed
2sausage buns
large, cut in half
16gouda cheese slices
cut in half lengthwise
Chimichurri
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the Chimichurri: In a medium bowl, mix to combine all of the ingredients. Set aside.
Step 2
Preheat grill 350ºF.
Step 3
Slice each sausage bun in half and press down on the bread until a bread boat is formed.
Step 4
Place two pieces of cheese into each bun and a sausage with the casings removed. Press down on the sausage and flatten it evenly.
Step 5
Place the buns on the grill with the sausage facing down and grill until a minimum internal temperature of 160ºF.
Step 6
Slice each sausage boat into bite size pieces or leave them whole and top with Chimichurri.
