Step 1
Coat chicken in cornstarch. Pan fry coated chicken until golden and cooked through.
Step 2
In another pan, sautée the garlic and ginger. Add the soy sauce and brown sugar and simmer until it forms a glaze. Coat cooked chicken in the glaze and garnish with sliced scallions.
