Instructions

Step 1
start by patting the pork chops dry with kitchen roll before putting them in a mixing bowl, then drizzle over half a tablespoon of olive oil and rub all over the chops. In another bowl, add in half a teaspoon each of mustard powder, onion powder, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the oiled pork chops. Making sure the chops are evenly covered on both sides with the seasoning.
Step 2
Then put the seasoned chops in the air fryer basket, leaving the crisper trays in. Make sure your chops are not overlapping or touching as leaving space around them for the hot air to circulate. And then cook for five minutes on 190c. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air-fryer. and your chops. Turn your chops over, then cook for another 5 to 8 minutes more until they are cooked through and golden brown on the outside. Timings will depend on the thickness of your chops and whether they are bone-in or not. A temperature probe should read 75C in the thickest part of the chop. Try not to over cook them or they will dry out.
Step 3
