Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning (or more to taste)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, mozzarella cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and olive oil.
3. Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve immediately with gluten-free crackers or vegetables.
