Instructions

Step 1
In a small bowl, mix together honey and Dijon mustard to create the marinade. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then coat it in the honey mustard mixture.

Dredge the marinated chicken in breadcrumbs, pressing them onto the surface to adhere.
Step 3
Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Lightly spray the basket with olive oil.
Step 4
Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray the tops lightly with olive oil.
Step 5
Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
Step 6
Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
