Instructions

Step 1
Dice the onion and zucchini, and if needed, the tomatoes.
Step 2
Set pressure cooker to saute mode. Add onions, zucchini, and ground chicken. Brown until chicken is no longer pink and onions and zucchini are tender.
Step 3
Add in pasta, diced tomatoes, spices, and water. If needed, add water until pasta is covered. Stir to combine.
Step 4
Seal lid and cook on manual pressure for 4 minutes. Once finished, do a quick release of steam.
Step 5
Remove lid and stir. Add cheese and stir until melted and well combined. Let the pasta sit on keep warm to solidify.
