Onion Beef Fried Rice

Ingredients: 3 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old and cold) 1 pound ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots etc.) 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon oyster sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil Salt and pepper to taste Vegetable oil for frying Instructions: 1.Prepare the rice: Use cold, day-old rice for best results. It's less likely to clump and will fry up nicely. 2.Cook the beef: Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. 3.Sauté aromatics: Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened. 4.Add vegetables: Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until tender-crisp. 5.Combine with rice: Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir to combine with the beef and vegetables. 6.Season: Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat the rice evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7.Serve hot: Garnish with green onions or cilantro, if desired. #viral #followers #highlights #recipeoftheday #friedrice #beef
