Instructions

Step 1
Place pork shoulder in instant pot. Liberally coat with cumin, adobo and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour 1/2 cup adobo sauce and 1 cup water over top. Close lid and pressure cook 60 minutes. Release steam and check for tenderness. If not super tender, may pressure cook 30 minute longer. Boneless will cook faster. Smaller pieces will cook faster.
