Instructions

Step 1
Place chopped strawberry, maple syrup, and vanilla in a microwave safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute. Use a fork to mash up until almost completely smooth. Set aside to cool completely
Step 2
Meanwhile, roughly break up the weetbix in a bowl. Divide weet bix evenly among four cups or jars. Top evenly with milk. Set aside for 5 mins to soak
Step 3
Combine half the strawberry mixture and I cup yoghurt in a small bowl spoon evenly over weetbix mixture. Top with remaining strawberry weetbix. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
Step 4
Spoon remaining yoghurt over the pudding. Top with halved strawberries to serve
