Instructions

Step 1
Soak Porcini with 150 ml and soak for 20 minutes. Keep liquid. Spray large sauce-pan add porcini and mixed mush garlic thyme. High heat and stirr-fry for 5 minutes. Add Mac and Stock mush liquid, salt pepper, boil. Cover simmer 10-12 minutes until Mac is done, stock is almost all gone. Remove, add quark and parsley. Season .
